PROJECT 1:
LAKE FOREST

Buhrman Design Group was commissioned to reinvigorate this Lake Forest home landscape that was designed in 1917 by the famed landscape designer Jens Jensen. All historical areas were numbered, photographed and documented for a precise reconstruction. While many new areas were added, all historical spaces were reinstalled with approval of the village board and historic preservation committee, exactly as designed and originally constructed by Jens Jensen.
